Pregnancy Tea Recipe

Equal parts of the following dry herbs:
Red Raspberry Leaf- uterine toner
Alfalfa-rich source of vitamins and minerals, aids in relieving morning sickness and helps prevent anemia
Nettle Leaf- contains a lot of iron
Peppermint- helps with heartburn and nausea (Also has great flavor!)

Combined herbs in a tea bag or press and add boiling water. It’s that simple!

**It’s a good idea to make a big batch in a large glass jar so you can sip on it throughout the day.
Enjoy hot or cold!
